At the heart of everything I do is one simple goal: helping people grow into their potential and accomplish what matters most to them.

Before I ever stepped into higher ed or started my own business, I was a high school and middle school science teacher. That experience shaped the way I see learning — not as something that happens once in a training or a classroom, but as something ongoing, intentional, and possible for everyone. Whether I’m leading a team workshop or coaching a budding leader one-on-one, I love helping others uncover what they’re great at and how to use it with confidence.

In higher education, I created and led professional development programs focused on leadership, strengths-based growth, and team effectiveness. These programs reached thousands of professionals and contributed to a stronger, more engaged workplace culture focused on growth and collaboration. Now, I continue that work as a full-time consultant and coach, offering engaging workshops, custom programs, and individual coaching to help people grow at work and beyond.

Along the way, I’ve also built a freelance copywriting and marketing business where I write blogs, email campaigns, and website content for brands across wellness, home design, automation tech, non-profits, and more. No matter the format, I love using words to connect people with ideas and make messages clearer and more meaningful. Whether you need communication internally or externally, I can help.

I have a master's degree in Education, another master's degree in Communications, a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification, and a CliftonStrengths coaching certification. When I'm not helping people and brands grow, you can usually find me playing with my pets, trying new recipes, or planning my next concert night out.
