Refund Policy

I take great pride in delivering high-quality services that are strategic, tailored, and results-focused. To ensure a respectful and professional experience for all clients, the following refund and cancellation policies apply:

Copywriting & Marketing Services

Deposits & Payment
All copywriting and marketing projects require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot in the project calendar. Full payment is typically due upon delivery of final content or according to a previously agreed-upon payment schedule.

Refunds
Due to the custom and creative nature of copywriting and digital marketing services, all sales are final once work has begun. Refunds are not provided for work already completed, in progress, or delivered. If you are unsatisfied with the content, I will offer one reasonable round of revision within the scope of the original agreement.

Project Cancellation
If you choose to cancel your project before work begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund (less the deposit). Once content creation or strategy work has started, no refunds will be issued.

Coaching & Development Services

Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions must be paid in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited and are non-refundable, unless due to emergency circumstances.

Packages & Workshops
Refunds are not available once a coaching package or workshop has begun. If you are unable to complete a package due to an unforeseen circumstance, I will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling or apply a credit toward future services.

All services provided are for educational, informational, and professional development purposes only. Results vary based on client input, market factors, and implementation. No specific outcomes (such as search engine rankings, traffic increases, job placement, or promotion) are guaranteed.

  • Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with outcomes outside my control.

  • All content and coaching are offered in good faith with the intent to support your growth and goals.
